Sally will work with you to help reduce your pain, regain optimal function and advise you around safe return to exercise.
Physiotherapy will include some or all of the following:
Education for improving your bladder and bowel function
Specific re-education for your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles
Gentle scar tissue massage and muscle/fascia release
Therapeutic ultrasound for blocked ducts and painful scars
